With a background in fashion design and fine arts, I’ve always had a passion for creativity and experimentation. The kitchen has been my canvas, where I love to dream up new recipes and bring them to life. It’s a truly relaxing and inspiring process.

Growing up in the Dominican Republic, I watched my grandmother cook and loved trying out recipes from magazines. This sparked a lifelong passion for baking.

Inspired by my travels through Europe and the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean, I founded Sisi’s Little Tarts. Each tart is handcrafted with high quality ingredients and baked to perfection.
